Drink more water

Pencil in bedtime
Most of us don’t prioritize sleep enough, and lack of sleep can lead to a number of health conditions and can shorten life expectancy. Force yourself to make sleeping a habit at the same time every night to ensure you are getting the proper amount of rest.
