Instant Urgent Care was founded in 2016 with one clear mission: give Silicon Valley families access to same-day, affordable medical care without the ER wait, the corporate feel, or the membership fee.
We started with a single clinic in San Jose and grew organically - not by raising venture capital, but by earning the trust of patients one visit at a time. Today we operate three clinics across the Bay Area and offer telemedicine statewide across California.
We remain independently owned and operated. Our Medical Director, Dr. Ramandeep Kaur, works alongside our clinical teams every week because hands-on leadership makes a meaningful difference in the quality of care our patients receive.

How we’ve grown
Opened our first clinic on Monterey Rd in San Jose with a small team and a big mission: accessible, same-day care for the whole Bay Area community.
Growing demand led us to open our second location on El Camino Real in Santa Clara, bringing the same walk-in care model to a wider audience.
Our third clinic opened in Sunnyvale on W El Camino Real, completing our Silicon Valley triangle and ensuring every major tech corridor had access to same-day care.
We launched statewide telemedicine and became one of the Bay Area's leading COVID-19 testing sites - expanding access while keeping our communities safe.
Launched our provider-supervised GLP-1 weight loss programs (Semaglutide and Tirzepatide) - bringing evidence-based weight management to Silicon Valley.
