At Instant Urgent Care, rapid antigen results take approximately 15 minutes. Rapid RT-PCR results are available in 30 minutes to 2 hours. You receive a PDF copy in your patient portal before you leave.

Yes — walk-ins are welcome for COVID testing at our San Jose location (5138 Monterey Hwy, Mon–Fri 9AM–6PM). For RT-PCR travel testing, calling ahead is recommended to ensure results are ready in time.
