Build long-term patient relationships through annual physicals, chronic disease management and preventive care.

Compassionate care for children from newborns to teenagers. Sick visits, school physicals and immunizations.
Work with our USCIS-designated civil surgeon team performing Form I-693 immigration medical exams.

Physicians need an active California medical license and board certification (ABFM preferred). Physician assistants need NCCPA certification and a current California PA license. Medical assistants benefit from CMA or RMA certification but it’s not required. All clinical roles need current BLS at minimum.
Yes. We offer full-time, part-time and per-diem schedules across most clinical roles. Our front desk and MA positions also have flexible scheduling. Let us know your preferred hours during your interview.
Yes. Many of our providers and staff rotate between our Santa Clara, Sunnyvale and San Jose clinics. Some roles are location-specific – that will be noted in the job posting. Cross-location work is a great way to build relationships across the team.
Typically a phone screen with our hiring coordinator, followed by an in-person or video interview with the hiring manager and clinical leadership. For provider roles, expect a clinical scenario discussion. We aim to make decisions within 2 weeks of final interview.
For physician roles, we evaluate visa sponsorship on a case-by-case basis. Please mention your work authorization status in your application so we can route your file correctly.
