This clinic location is permanently closed as of January 1, 2025. Our team of providers and medical staff are still available for you at one of our other main California clinic locations, or virtually via telehealth at instantuc.com. The former clinic was located at 2435 San Ramon Valley Blvd, Suite 1A, San Ramon, CA 94583.
