1. Are Urgent Care Locations Open 24 Hours A Day? How much does an Immigration Physical cost?

$199. We do NOT accept medical insurance for this service.

2. Can I use my health insurance to cover the cost of the Immigration Physical?

No. If the examiner orders any labs or recommends any vaccines, these may be billed to your insurance depending on the type of health insurance and your health benefits. For further details, you may contact your insurance plan.

3. Can I get a copy of the Immigration Physical?

An electronic copy will be e-mailed with each sealed Immigration Physical exam. However, if you are trying to get another sealed version of the physical, the cost is $89, per patient. If the original exam was done one or more years ago, a new exam will need to be done, at the rate of $199.

4. Where can I get the Immigration Physical done?

Dr. Kaur performs the physicals on Mondays and Wednesdays from 9am-6pm at: Instant Urgent Care – 3466 El Camino Real Santa Clara, CA 95111 Dr. Kaur also performs the physicals on Tuesdays from 9am-1:45pm at: Instant Urgent Care – 5138 Monterey Highway Suite G San Jose, CA 95111

What do I need before my immigration physical?

Before their immigration physical, newly arrived immigrants and permanent residents must present a variety of IDs, payment methods, and other confirmations. To properly prepare for your physical, we advise getting in touch with your neighborhood Instant Urgent Care facility. The absence of the aforementioned items may cause your immigration exam to be delayed.

General routine examination: Patients will receive a through exam of their eyes, ears, nose, mouth, extremities, lungs, heart, and skin. A general routine exam can help determine if you have a chronic condition.
