Really great. Easy to make an appointment and get treated very quickly. Everyone working at this place is excellent.

Well my first couple visits here were fine and then things went downhill. I needed tests run and communication is completely lacking. They have a website portal that goes unanswered, I’ve called multiple times and left voicemails and have never received a response, I have had to show up on a whim in person just to get results of my tests and TWICE now they are randomly closed in the middle of the week for “vacation”. What?? Patients need another way to get their results then. I finally had to go to the medical records department at the hospital to get my results myself and now I have questions about those results and no one to ask! I’m so frustrated! If you have a quick urgent care need, this place is fine, but they also offer to set you up with ongoing primary care and that’s when they’re inefficient at best. Patients can’t be left waiting when potentially scary things are happening. Do better.

The front office nurse, Margarita, was so very nice and the PA (Robert) had an excellent bedside manner. I look forward to my next visit and any that follow. I highly recommend this provider.
